Author Blaclist

Authors are not permitted to publish manuscripts that essentially describe the same research in more than one journal or primary publication. Submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behavior. Authors who commit such practices will be subject to sanctions in the form of manuscript rejection and inclusion in the journal’s blacklist.
