Journal of Family Law and Culture (JFLC) provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports the global exchange of knowledge in the fields of law, family studies, and cultural legal scholarship.

All published articles are freely accessible and may be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, searched, or linked to in full text without prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided proper attribution is given.
