Abstract

Transgender people who currently come from the Sumampir area are basically pure men, which can cause a decline in their health quality, so that the risk of exposure to diseases and infections due to illicit relationships in the reproductive organs also increases. One of the efforts in this research to improve the quality of health and economy for Transgender people is to provide education about the use of kombucha from telamg flowers as a food and pharmaceutical biotechnology product which has increasingly many benefits. The results of the study showed that 30 transgender respondents based on age who are not at risk, namely 21 to 36 years, amounted to 26 respondents, reaching 16.7%. Respondents in the risk category <21 and > 35 years reached 83.3%. Respondents based on eating patterns with good or nutritious categories amounted to 25 individuals, reaching 25%. Respondents based on eating patterns with nutritious categories amounted to 5 individuals, reaching 30%. Respondents who have heavy activities amounted to 13 individuals, reaching 60% and light activities amounted to 17 individuals, reaching 40%. Respondents who maintain cleanliness amounted to 27 individuals, reaching 70% and do not maintain cleanliness amounted to 3 individuals, reaching 30%. 25 individuals before being given butterfly pea flower kombucha (Clitoria ternatea L) reached 60% less well and a number of 5 individuals before being given butterfly pea flower kombucha (Clitoria ternatea L) reached 40% in the bad category. 28 individuals had wound healing with a good category reaching 98% and healing was less good as many as 2 individuals reaching 2%. p-Value = 0.000 (p < 0.05) which was carried out using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test which proved that there was a healing process for sodom wounds for the Sumampir Cilegon Transvestites, so that giving butterfly pea flower kombucha can be used as an effort to restore the immune system and improve the economy.
