Journal of Education and Tropical Science (JoETS) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published online three times a year, namely in April, August, and December. This journal exclusively publishes articles in Indonesian and English.

The Journal of Education and Tropical Science promotes research in the field of science and Science Education, with a particular focus on Indonesia, but not limited to authorship or topical coverage within the region. Contributions are expected from scientists, educators, senior researchers, project managers, research administrators, and advanced-stage students. To be published in the Journal of Education and Tropical Science, a rigorous review process will be done.

Focus and Scope:
The editorial contents and elements that comprise the journal include:
  • Theoretical articles;
  • Empirical studies;
  • Case studies;
  • Systematic Literature Review.

The editorial board welcomes manuscripts from Science and Science Education. The scopes of Journal of Education and Tropical Science are:

Article types The journal seeks for: (i) Research papers, (ii) Reviews, and (iii) Short communications. Original full-length research manuscripts are limited to 8,000 words (including tables and figures) or proportional to articles in this publication number (beyond that, it should be with notice). Review articles are also limited to 8,000 words, while Short communications should be less than 2,500 words, except for pre-study (can be more).
